	RYMAR WOOD STAIN has Nanofine Oxide Sun Seal, an advanced form of sunscreen which gives unsurpassed UV protection. RYMAR WOOD deck STAIN and grouped Nano Technology, form a protective shield unachievable prior to this technology.
	RYMAR WOOD SEALER contains CITRONELLA OIL Citronella oil is a naturally occurring organic substance obtained from leaves of Asiatic lemon oil grass. Commonly used as a natural mosquito repellent, Rymar Wood SEALER with citronella oil may help keep those pesky insects away when properly applied to your project.
	RYMAR CHEW STOP is a natural pepper additive, that may help prevent animals from chewing on wood. Helps discourage bothersome bees, bugs, spiders and birds which might otherwise cause damage to your exterior wood.
	RYMAR WOOD SEALER contains NATURAL & SYNTHETIC OILS A blend of Supreme linseed oil and synthetic oils allows for good penetration of the wood and still gives a surface build for greater protection of the substrate. PTFE is used to both repel water and help protect against weather erosion.

WATER REPELLENT Other so-called water repellent wood coatings can’t match the water beading qualities of our coating. Along with the oils and PTFE, you get superior water protection. While most others last for a very short time, ours beads like nothing you’ve seen before. In order to help stabilize wood, you must keep out moisture. RYMAR WOOD SEALER has special waterproofing agents to prevent moisture penetration which helps stop checking, cracking and warping.

RYMAR WOOD SEALER is not a preservative, therefore when properly applied it is a safer alternative.

RYMAR WOOD COATING is Nationally AIM compliant less than 350 G/L.

RYMAR WOOD SEALER is formulated to be grease resistant, a must where food and beverages are prepared and served.

RYMAR WOOD deck STAIN naturals have special pigments that remain virtually invisible when applied, for a clean natural look.

DIRECTIONS:

Wood should be clean and dry. It is recommended that Rymar Rinseable Soap be used to clean the wood before sealing. If using bleach do not allow it to remain on the wood longer than five minutes. Between coats clean with Rymar Rinseable Soap and water, no bleach. Do Not Use Metal Pails. Do Not Use Hard Water. Ask your Rymar dealer about preparing surfaces for coatings; they may be able to advise you otherwise depending on your situation. A coat should be applied about 30 days after completion of project, provided wood is clean and dry. Do a wet on wet or wet on tack coat: seal two or three boards from one end to the other or up to a natural break, go back and do them again. Do Not Allow Rymar Coating To Puddle. On very dry wood you may need to repeat the procedure in six months to a year. In some cases you may need to reseal or maintain your project more often. Clear will not prevent graying as well as the pigmented colors. When doing wood siding, dipping is best to get all sides. When installing wood siding, saw cuts must also be sealed. End grain on all wood should always be sealed. Coating may be applied with a bristle brush, spray gun, or by dipping. Be sure to shake well before using and stir thoroughly before and during use. If you have multiple batch numbers, mix them together before applying. Note! Do a test: Try a brushout on your project to ensure the color and product is what you want before doing your entire project. In the event this product fails to comply with the warranty it is Rymar LLC’s option to furnish replacement of product or a refund of the purchase price with proof of purchase. Composite PVC vs Wood Decks

Composite and PVC decks are the latest” low maintenance” deck trend. However, they are far from low or no maintenance. Our Deck Cleaning division services hundreds of composite trex decks each year and hears the same story from all customers of composite decks. They thought that their composite deck didn’t have to be cleaned or sealed. That is why we feel wood decks are still the time tested best value for deck. Many people that have owned a composite deck will tell you that they have issues with mold, hidden fasteners, miters, or warping of their trex deck. Do your research before installing a composite deck. The only advantage of composite and PVC is they will not rot. Composite Decking Manufacturers stopped using “Maintenance Free” when describing their products early on after law suits. Nowadays they refer to it as “Low Maintenance”. They will tell you that the product will require cleaning a couple of times a year to make it look good again. (Good—not, “Like New”). If you install a composite, Trex, or PVC deck just remember you will still have to clean or seal it.

So, if composite decks are better than wood decks—why are they trying to emulate the look of wood? The new products are quite convincing. Big hunks of plastic with wood grain and variable colorants to emulate the look of wood perfectly. Sure, it will fade out, but when it is installed it looks just like wood. We suggest that only wood is wood. Ipe or Mahogany will likely have a durability of 40 years if sealed or oiled yearly. A wood deck can be refinished every few years to look like new again and be able to replace rotted boards to match. You can’t refinish a composite deck—you simply replace it. 6 years from now, your composite deck will look like a 6 year old composite deck—with scratches and stains. Composite and PVC decks typically run 2-3x more than a wood deck. The maintenance costs are built into the price, so you pay the maintenance up front.
